Faun by Moonlight is an online literary magazine dedicated to literary fiction. We are not interested in the polite, the sterile, or the safe.

We publish works that resist simple genre classification. Works that aren't scared of pushing boundaries, bending rules, but above all, being creative. Our specialty is the exceptionally unmarketable.

Our mission is to present you, our reader, with literature that both challenges and exceeds your expectations.
